Six impossible things.
Alice laughed: “There’s no use trying,” she said; “one can’t believe impossible things.”
“I daresay you haven’t had much practice,” said the Queen. “When I was younger, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”
-Alice in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll
I’m with the White Queen on this one. Have you believed any impossible things lately?
if you can believe it, you can do it. and if you can do it, it’s no longer impossible. ready? set? GO.

I already answered this over on her blog…but I have for my other tweeters to feel left out.
Today I believed that my husband would make me breakfast in bed. Of course I did get an egg sandwich, but it was no where near the bed and the only part he played in it was opening his wallet!
first of all, THANK YOU for answering twice. and spreading the love among the twitterites.
second of all, oooh, egg sandwiches are divine. anytime. anywhere. getting him to pay is the first step in the “impossible” dream. keep believing!
third of all, me? today i believed i could drink an iced coffee and not feel sick. i just got back from the cafe, so we’ll see how i feel in a few hours! next up on the impossible list, i’ll be able to leave work on time.
I wish I could “like” this like on facebook. It would make my intrest in your blog much more apparent :D
<3 you!!!! (I've only told you like 3 times today ;))
the world doesn’t revolve around FB, you know, missy. you are allowed to venture outside of that world. and the way to let me know of you undying love for my blog is to COMMENT.
and you didn’t answer the question. what impossible things did YOU think today?
I guess my impossible thought would be that I stop procrastinating and do some work. I’m starting to run everyday (sometimes work/other circumstances won’t allow it) so I’m slowly working on getting in shape
those are some quality impossible thoughts. and they become possible through the small choices you make everyday that allow them to happen. good luck! keep dreaming! keep doing.
Thanks for linking!
I have a document on my desktop titled “Six”.
no problem. thanks for posting the Alice quote. it’s so fun and challenging to think about. i think i’ve pondered it every day since i first read your post.
